SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Preparation and delivery times. We prepare your order the same day if you place it before 3 PM. Delivery within 24 hours in mainland Spain and 2-4 days in the Balearic Islands. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
Free shipping. For orders over €50, shipping to mainland Spain is free. You will see how much more you need to spend to unlock it as you add products.
Returns. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp, and we will provide instructions the same day.
Warranty. All our products come with an official manufacturer's warranty. If you have any issues, we will process it directly with the brand.
